Our online store is always open for you to shop whenever you'd like. However, to protect our people, and keep the community safe from COVID-19 we have adopted additional measures at our distribution centers which may cause some delays.
Can I expect shipping delays?
Due to the outbreak of COVID-19 we had to adopt health and safety policies that protect our employees and customers. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order and get it on its way. Now that procedures are in place it shouldn't take more than a week to receive your order.
Are there any shipping restrictions?
As per table above, if you are located in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, then Outside Territories shipping fees apply. You will be unable to opt in for Standard U.S. Shipping. We currently adopt a unified shipping policy so there is no option for express shipping - on average it's 3-5 days.
