Common Returns Questions

How do I return my items?

You have up to 30 days to start your return from the moment your Ossesso order is delivered. To return items just follow these simple steps: a) click the Start a Return button above, b) enter your order number and email address. Please enter everything exactly as it appears on your order confirmation, and c) indicate the items you wish to return. We will then process your request and get back to you within two working days to proceed with the inquiry.

What is the Return Policy?

Returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date. All items must be unwashed and unworn with the original hangtags attached. Proof of payment must accompany the return. All apparel is subject to inspection. If all these requirements have been met then we will offer free returns, minus any shipping costs and applicable taxes. 

How soon will I get my refund?

When we receive your package our returns team will then process it within 2 business days, confirm that the items are in good condition and proceed with the refund which typically takes up to 10 business days. Please note that banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.

Wait times depend on the courier and country you are returning your items with. It can sometimes take up to 30 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team.
